We also collect content you create within the application (projects, characters, episodes, notes) and usage data such as page views and feature interactions. If you purchase a paid subscription, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — Stripe handles that directly. We retain only limited billing information such as your subscription plan, its status, and the last four digits of your card for account management purposes.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enable team collaboration features (sharing workspace invitations)
• Send transactional emails (invitations, account notifications)
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure infrastructure. Passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt. Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, secure session management, and access controls.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your creative content (production bibles, characters, story outlines) is your intellectual property. We may share data only when required by law or with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, and payment processing).

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can request a full export of your data or request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
